Starpet Marketing FAQ
- Send your ACRA (Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority) via email or fax
- Once we receive your ACRA, we will send to you the pricelist
- For retail shop our designated sales man will handle your account
- For Online store you can directly coordinate with our office staff
- Soft copy of the Product picture and catalog will be provided upon your first order
- The CD includes the product picture, product details, promo ads and price list for your reference
- For the new product, the artwork consists of product picture and details to be sent to you by email
- For Stock availability, delivery schedule and others matters w/ regards to our products, you can contact our warehouse supervisor
- The minimum order for delivery is $200.00
- Delivery lead time depends on our delivery schedule
- Price change or updated pricelist will be sent via email
