Product List
Our Accounts Manager will consolidate a list of product(s) specifications from our clients. The Resource Manager in China will make contact with suppliers and manufacturers to identify potential partners. Quotations will be consolidated and referred to our clients. A compact itinerary which includes air ticketing, transportation and lodging will be planned to avoid time wastage and to minimize resources.
 
Business Tour
Upon touch down in China, our company car will immediately bring our clients to pre-arranged meetings with the recommended manufacturers. Our Resource Manager will accompany our clients throughout the tour to ensure a safe and fruitful business experience.
 
Negotiation
Our Resource Manager will assist in negotiating terms with manufacturers that will benefit our clients when necessary. We will ensure that specifications are clearly spelled out to prevent any possible legal implications. Specific details that include delivery date, delivery address and QC inspections will be clearly outlined and conveyed to the manufacturers.
 
Monitoring
After confirmation of orders, our Resource Manager will monitor the manufacturing progress closely on behalf of our clients. Constant updates will be provided to clients until the products are delivered to our warehouse.
 
Delivery
Upon reception of products in our warehouse in China, our staff will make QC Inspections before the goods are shipped to the designated destination. Any defects or irregularities will be reported to our clients before shipment. Only products that meet our client’s specifications are shipped.
