Plumbing Works
  • Standard copper piping for Whole unit
  • Connection of inlet / outlet for kitchen sink
  • Supply & install 02 sets of water closet (Baron)
  • Supply & install 02 sets of wash basin (Baron)
  • Provide labour to install accessories for 02 Bathrooms
  • Provide labour to install storage water heater
Kitchen Cabinet
  • Design & fabricate top & bottom kitchen cabinet in laminate finish c/w 04 sides ABS trimming swing doors, cuttlery tray, designer handles (max. 24ft L)
  • Supply & install stainless steel dish rack with hydralic lift-up 04 sides ABS trimming door & glass panel (max. 3ft L)
  • Supply & install solid surface worktop (12ft L)
  • Supply labour to install Hob & Hood

Miscellaneous Works
  • Supply & apply Nippon or ICI emulsion paint to internal wall *& ceiling (max 4+1 colours)
  • Supply & apply Nippon or ICI gloss paint to all water piping , gates,door frames
