
With more than 20 years of experience in French baking techniques, I Patissier was officially established on 18th April 2013 by Chef Khoon to bring forth delightful cakes and pastries ideal for any occasion. Since the tender age of 21, he has trained under world-renowned “Picasso of Pastry” Pierre Hermé at Fauchon Paris Kitchens. Therefore, Chef Khoon understands from experience that one has to put in heart and effort to create the best desserts, which is why he only uses the finest ingredients available and bakes his sweet treats freshly on premise.
