Seating Capacity
Children ages three (3) and above are considered a full seating passenger, and will require a seat to him/herself.

*Hourly Disposals
There is a minimum requirement of three (3) consecutive hours for Limousine Cabs and three (3) consecutive hours for Private Limousines for Hourly Disposal services.

Additional pick-up / drop-off point
Extra stops will be charged at $20 per stop. Maximum of two (2) en-route stops, with the entire transfer to be completed within sixty (60) minutes. Transfer will be charged as a Hourly Disposal service beyond sixty (60) minutes, with a minimum and a minimum of three (3) hours disposal for Private Limousines.

Midnight surcharge
A $10 surcharge per trip or per hour (for Hourly Disposals) is applicable, based on the passenger's boarding time, from 23:00 to 06:59 Hrs for Private Limousines.

Midnight surcharge for all arrival transfers (from Airports, Seaports & entry points) is S$10

Waiting time charges
Departure Transfer / Point-to-Point Transfer - No charge for the first fifteen (15) minutes based on advised pick-up time, additional $10 per subsequent block of fifteen (15) minutes. Any access minutes will be rounded up to next nearest block.

Arrival Transfer – No charge for the first forty-five (45) minutes based on the actual landing time of the flight, after which the waiting time charge of $10 per fifteen (15) mins block will commence. Any access minutes will be rounded up to next nearest block.

Sentosa entry
Rates quoted are exclusive of entrance fees to Sentosa, if any (for vehicle & passengers).

Admission charges
Do note that the rate does not include any additional admission charge, if any (for example Singapore Flyer).

Traveling with children
Child car seats are provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please inform us during your booking.

An additional surcharge for S$30 per car child seat is available upon request, subjecting to availability. Please provide the age of the child during reservations.

Annual events
Additional terms apply for Singapore Airshow (Feb) and F1 Singapore Grand Prix (Sep) period.

Amendment of bookings & reservations:
Please make any amendments at least three (3) hours before the time of transfer (via hot-line at +65 6877 0794); or at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance via email, at no additional charge.

Cancellation policy
Strictly no cancellation upon booking confirmation. No refund for any cancelation of booking regardless of any circumstances.

Payment mode:
Payment via credit card or cash. Please note that for credit card payment, there is a 10% administrative charge rate on the administrative charges.

Payment to M.I.S Limo Services, your credit card will be charged immediately and there will be 10% administrative charge. In the event of refund, for whatever reason, the 10% administrative charge is non-refundable.

One flat rate
There are no additional booking or reservation charge, Electronic Road Pricing (ERP), car park, airport surcharge, holiday surcharge, peak hour or fuel surcharges.
