The Inception
We at Hawaii Landscape pride ourselves as being a keen player in the local & regional Landscape architecture industrial scene for over a decade. Our foray into the local & regional market has seen us forge strategic and meaningful partnerships with many local corporate businesses & enterprises. We are fortunate of being afforded in particular the opportunity in forging a ‘synergetic’ relationship with Hawaii Landscape Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) in our ongoing Endeavour to local & regional Landscaping and golf industry.
Our relationship with Hawaii Landscape Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) goes all the way back of project 22 years ago. We have since worked together in projects, both local and regional, notably, the Phoenix Hotel, the Sheraton Langkawi Hotel, the Sheraton Labuan, Santubong Kuching Resort, Design & Built of an 18-holes golf resort in Johor Baru, Malaysia and Sembawang Country Club to name a few.
We have, in this light, cemented our 22 years relationship with the formation of a ‘SMART PARTNERSHIP’, with the vision to carry on our commitment to local and regional into the next century.
Our Heritage and Tradition
Hawaii Landscape Pte Ltd, established in Singapore in the early eighties, boasts a fine heritage that goes back all the way to the early 1950s under the banner of Sin Hak Soon Garden.
Our business has transformed through the years, from a home-made enterprise to a comprehensive outfit that employs trained and qualified designers and managerial staff comprising of Project Managers, Architects, skilled carpentry Artisans and Craftsmen, and a team of competent ‘in-house’ artists and builders.
We have for over a decade, designed and implemented projects regionally, in the form of a comprehensive package in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia namely the Sheraton Langkawi; Santubong Kuching Resort, and the Sheraton Labuan Resort.
Our company has to date an annual turnover of approx. S$ 5-8 million, hiring over 40 field staffs that are currently engaged in projects in both Singapore and Malaysia. Our list of existing clientele include many corporate and public listed companies and government agents in which we have rendered our services in the capacity of both a consultant and turnkey contractor.
Our Vision
The last 22 years has seen our business transform from the humble beginnings as a small-scale nursery in the Lim Chu Kang vicinity to a thriving multi-million dollar in the landscape contracting, retailing and export business. We look to the next millennium with the vision of establishing export orientation worldwide designing and contracting golf course resorts and others majors landscape projects.
Conclusion
The last 2 decades have witnessed an exponential growth in the Middle East region economy which has translated into rapid urbanization and development. There will hence be a pressing need to strike a harmonious balance between urbanization and the environment. We therefore strive to contribute our vast experience and expertise in helping to mould the local & global towns into lush of beautiful garden of latest designs into the next century.
