Powder Coating This step ensures anti-rusting, chemical resistant and waterproofing of finished products ranging from a palette of colours, and matt-smooth, glossy-smooth or textured finishing. Fine mists of dyed powder coated products are sent through a conveyor belt into a drying oven of up to 300oC. This melts and hardens finished products into a tough coat that has survived rigorous tests for cracking and corrosion resistance under high water pressure. |
