Kimchi Jiggae
Ingredients:
2 cups of chopped kimchi cabbage
1/2 pound of pork belly (sliced)
2 tablespoon of hot pepper paste (Gochujjang)*
i teaspoon of sugar*
5 cup of water
2 stalk of green onion (chopped)
1 packet of tofu (chopped into cubes)

Directions:
1. Mix the chopped kimchi, hot pepper paste, pork and sugar in pot
2. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat and let it cook for 30 mins.
3. Add tofu and lower heat, cook for 10 mins.
4. Add green onion and turn off the heat.
5. Kimchi Jiggae is now ready to be served!
