 Founder The founder of Beau-tech, Ms Maybelline Ng has established “Attitude Beauty Centre” since 1998 and has acquired Beau Tech salon in 2004. With the intense passion in the beauty and wellness industry, Maybelline was spurred on into the upgrading of her knowledge and skills with worldwide recognized academy in CIBTAK, ITEC and CIDESCO courses. Her enthusiasm in this field has motivated her for overseas studies exposure in UK and USA for ICA course and Diploma in Raw Materials and Ingredients. Philosophy With more than 20 years of vast experience and knowledge in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Maybelline has identified several vital philosophies in her service oriented business venture. She is vigilant on all news and moves of the beauty industry as well as the end consumers’ behavior and has thus aid in her versatility in managing her business. Instead of being shaken by some salons which cast negative impression on general beauty services due to hard-selling and lack of knowledge and experience in handling different customers’ skin conditions, Maybelline regards it as an opportunity for her business.
