Selectivity: In order to meet our stringent screening criteria, tutors are required to verify themselves as undergrads, coming from one of the top five local Universities namely, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU), National Institute of Education (NIE) and Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), when they sign up with us. Next, they must upload a scanned copy of their educational certificates, which will only let them tutor subjects they specialise in. 3. Support: Even after we have successfully matched the tutors with the students, our clients are still able to contact us if there are any forms of dissatisfactory. We will be happy to do a replacement 4.
