AN ENRICHING ENVIRONMENT

Mission Statement

We are committed to meeting the needs of all children by reinforcing and acknowledging their unique strengths and needs. We recognise the importance of appropriate early childhood education and its role in the future success of each of our children as they develop and grow. We believe that a high-quality environment will make a world of difference for your child.

LEARN FROM PLAY AND CURIOSITY

Our Philosophy

At RAINBOW, we believe that children learn best when they are allowed to explore the world around them. Through hands-on learning, children foster their naturalcuriosity to learn. Active learning enriches children's intellect, creativity and understanding of complex ideas.

OUR NURTURING STAFFS

Our nurturing staff, trained to support and inspire your child as he embarks upon the amazing journey of lifelong learning, will offer your child an appropriate earlyfoundation of learning for future growth and development. In our programme, each child explores our environment and we celebrate his discoveries with him. By providing a multitude of developmental activities, we can help your child gain stronger sense of self and find their individual passion for learning.

COGNITIVE AND CREATIVE SKILLS

We value parental involvement in your child's education as this is an important part of ensuring their success as learners. We look forward to developing a partnership based on mutual respect and continued dialogue. In our centre, our ultimate goal is to provide a warm nurturing and safe environment which parents and child alike, feel is an extension of their home.

Our Objectives

Each child at RAINBOW is viewed as in individual. To that end, we have the following goals and objectives for the children enrolled at the Centre.

  • To encourage and foster the development of positive self esteem and self concept for each child.

  • To promote the development of each child into self-confident, risk-taking learners for life.

  • To promote the development of positive social skills for each child.

  • To promote the development of fine and gross motor skills for each child.

  • To promote the development of cognitive and creative skills in the areas of literacy, math, science, music, art, and language development for each child.

  • To promote the development of positive communication skills for each child.

  • To promote the development of sound health and nutrition

  • To promote the appreciation of cultural diversity in community for each child.

Each of these skills is a necessary component in creating a well-balanced, strong child to reach his or her highest potential.
