Terms and Conditions:

1. The above price quote inclusive of driver and fuel consumption.
2. There shall be a minimum hiring period of two (2)hrs for all indents. For the subsequent hour and thereafter, the rate payable shall be pro-rated and rounded up to the nearest thirty (30) minutes if the eventual usage is less than an hour.
3. Price quote does not includes any ERP charges and parking charges.
4. Customers has to ensure its location is accessible by means of our quoted resources. if special equipment and facilities need to be arrange for, and will procure, safe and prompt loading and unloading of the Goods, VP LOGISTICS (S) PTE LTD will invoice the customer reasonable extra charges for complying.
5. Insurances on goods handled or lifted, third party liabilities shall be Customer's risk and responsibilities. VP LOGISTICS (S) PTE LTD shall not be liablefor any claim as a result of breakdown or non-delivery of our trucks due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Indemnity - the customer shall indemnify VP LOGISTICS (S) PTE LTD and hold the company and employees harmless from and against all damages, claims, suits, liabilities, causes of action and expenses on account of injury to or death of persons or loss or damage to property or other damages arising out of or in connection with the service rendered.
7. We guarantee vans and trucks availability at all times. (Unless Peak Period)
