1 Identify (audit)
  1. Understand - We first interview the client to find out the nature of the problem and to understand all related background issues of the problem
  2. Survey - We then survey the environment and look for traces or marks that will confirm the type of pests that is causing the problem
  3. Inspect - We move to inspect the surroundings to find the source of the problem, like nests, points-of-entry or habitats
2 Control (treatment)
  1. Outline - We plan a course of action according to the type of pest found
  2. Strategize - We recommend a treatment strategy and course of action to the client. This includes safety and product considerations
  3. Propose - We inform the client of any requirements or inconveniences that will be needed, and schedule the treatment process.
3 Protect (monitoring)
  1. Report - We report the results of the extermination to the client, and clean up the extermination area
  2. Educate - We educate the client on how to maintain the environment, and what to look for in future
  3. Support - Our pest control program is planned, and future sessions are set up if necessary. We'll come back to deal with the problem if unexpected problems arise
