The company’s business objective is to supply precast concrete component for the use in building construction, and to provide technical assistance to our client in the development of precast construction design in DESIGN and BUILD projects.

The current range of precast concrete products include:

- column, in single/double/triple storey section

- beam, semi/full precast section of propped/unpropped design

- wall, cladding/in-fill/load bearing/parapet etc.

- stair, with/without landing slab

- plank, prestressed or reinforced concrete of propped/unpropped design

- household shelter door frame element

- household shelter room volumetric

- space adding items for HDB Main Upgrading projects

These products are supplied to a wide range of projects, which include school, condominium, factory, shopping centre, and HDB housing construction.

The in-house design team is experienced and capable of providing design services to assist and advise our clients and consultants in the planning and development of precast construction especially in the early stage of DESIGN and BUILD project. The team is able to propose precast construction method, connection details and sequence of construction for optimal site erection operation.

Alternative precast proposal to convert in-situ construction of on-going contract or new building tender are also part of our service to assist our client to enhance the efficiency of construction in both cost and time. Through the packaging of both design and manufacturing of precast elements, a more efficient and higher value added service can be offered to our clients to meet their requirements in better quality of construction and project buildability consideration.
