When we were there, they had this long beard lady who did this dragon beard candy hidden at one corner! That\'s right, it was really quite sad because we all missed her until when we were about to leave the restaurant, so make sure you WALKED all places and not miss any buffet location out. The buffet at the hotel is awesome, get blown away and if i\'m not wrong, they change their theme of the buffet from time to time. You\'ll be shocked (surprisingly shocked)by the waiters/waitresses as they\'re really attentive to your needs, like we wanted to find a place to put our umbrella and bags and they just automatically pushed the chairs over (even though they were standing quite a distance) and mind you, their chairs are no restaurant chairs (SO HEAVy). in a buffet, try everything, or else don\'t eat a buffet. Cafe Brio\'s offers a sumptuous buffet spread. At a recent company dinner, I had the chance to try its spread and the following items are a must-try for me. 1) Japanese Abalone - Mix it with the laksa or eat it by itself with the sashimi, the slightly chewy piece of meat is onenot to be missed. 2) Seabass Sashimi - A rarity in the buffet scene, this fresh sticky white fish with a slight tinge of soya sauce can be addictive. 3) Beef Salad - Found in the cold cuts section, the small cuts of beef with a nice red center makes a light tasty treat. 4) Potato Soup - I liked the sour finish. 5) Tempura Prawn - The slim prawn had a slight sweet finish, although this was slightly marred by the pepper on the batter. 6) Honey Chicken - This well marinated dish is a must try for chicken lovers. However, avoid if the chicken has been sitting there too long as the skin gets a little on the tough side. 7) Desserts - Iliked that the cakes are in small portions that allow me to try a variety. I did not like the taste of the items in the shot glasses as the sour and sweet just did not mix. Overall, the food was good.

i went to cafe brio\'s to try their buffet. knwn by many of my friends that they have the freshiest and juiciest spread of seafood, i know i cannot spare them. i am a seafood junkie, from crabs to oysters to mussels to prawns, i love them all. indeed the spread has a lot of fresh seafood. you can taste the freshness by how sweet and succuent the seafood is. it is like those i ate at jeju island in korea, so fresh like you caught it yourself.
