About Us

Churrascaria is Portuguese for barbecue. Our knife-welding Passadors (meat waiters) come to your table and slice the meat from large skewers onto your plates. Our Brazilian chefs will pamper you with an array of meats - beef, pork, chicken, lamb and fish.

Thereâ??s also a gigantic bowl of mixed salad (cabbage, carrot and lettuce) alongside alfalfa sprouts, olives and silver onions. Olive oil, vinaigrette and ground pepper were thoughtfully provided to spice up any DIY salad.

Is a meat lover's paradise. They offer a variety of meats, grilled with a skewer. The chefs carry them around & cut the meat in front if you. I like their grilled pineapple, quite refreshing.
They provide 9 type churrasco items. The friendly knife-wielding chefs are awesome great. The staffs were extremely efficient, always ready with a smile. "Food is great!”Overall, we really enjoy the good food and services!!I like the grill fish fillet, thigh chicken, Pork-Honey Ham & Rib, Honey Pineapple & garlic and varieties of vegetable salad and fruits. Food is fantastic good!! We really like this restaurant and the atmosphere. Would love to be back again! Spending: Approximately SGD 40
I\'m not really a hardcore carnivore but since my group of friends asked me out to have lunch at Carnivore I decided to give it a try. Carnivore was having its 1-for-1 promotion and we were the second in queue as we reached there before 11am but nearing to 12pm the queue was unbelievably long Once seated in the restaurant, we went to get the greens from the salad counter. There was actually a variety of food from the salad counter such as black beans with stewed beef, lady fingers, tuna salad, coleslaw etc. Of all the food my favourites were the tuna salad and lady fingers. The tuna salad is a little different from the normal tuna salad found outside. The tuna salad actually contains big red beans and onions instead of the usual tuna with mayonnaise sauce. The lady fingers were also soft and easy to chew and not hard and crunchy. The meat were served by passadors who moved from table to table carrying the different meat. During lunch, they have beef, pork, fish, chicken thigh, ham, chilli chicken sausage, bacan wrapped chicken and lamb. Of all the different meats, I like the fish, chicken thigh, ham and chilli chicken sausage the best. The fish was tender and not too salty, chicken thigh was tender, succulent and the skin was quite crispy. The lamb and beef didn\'t taste as good because they have the "smell" that linger behind in the mouth after chewing it. The pork was hard and dry as though it was overcooked. It made chewing quite tough and was like an exercise for my jaws. Overall, I wouldn\'t want to visit Carnivore for the second time as firstly it was really meat overwhelming and secondly, it wasn\'t as good as I thought it would be.
Meat Lovers, you can't miss this! Currently, it's 1-for-1 during lunch buffet on weekdays! Till 22 July.
Carnivore, as the name suggest, is really a heaven for meat lovers. Imagine hunks and hunks of meat being carried all around the restaurant. In carnivore, you have a card on the table that you can turn to indicate that (i) you\'ve had enough for now (ii) you would like to have more. Advice to all: this is a buffet so do come hungry because theres so much meat that you will bound to get full really fast. There is a buffet section for sides such as pasta, soup, bread etc. but we did try them and it really isn\'t worth filling up your stomach with anything other than carnivore\'s meats and caramalized pineapple. Do try the pineapple! It runs out really fast when the waiters bring them out of the kitchen so grab them whenever you can, even if your card says you\'ve had enough for now. And try all the types of meat they bring around because for anything that i rejected, i regretted. Their fish however was a little bit salty so ask for a smaller portion unless you like salty food. Nearing the end of the 2 hour buffet period however, the frequency of the waiters bringing the meat around decreases, so do not assume that you do have the full 2 hours.
If you are looking for a meat devouring session, this is the classic place to go! It is a meat buffet for meat lovers! Tucked in a corner at Chjimes, it boasts an indoor sitting area with a larger al-fresco dining area. There are over 15 kinds of different meats, from beef to lamb to chicken to fish. They even serve chicken hearts! Try the beef ribs, it scores and it is better than the pork ribs!! There is a salad bar with fresh greens, soups and ready food. The meats are served by the waiters who come out of the kitchen at each interval to serve the meat which is skewered on a very long skewer! So, to begin, you are presented with a tag that is double sided and which on one side says that "yes", you want the meat and the other side that says no. The server will then look at the tag and cut you a portion of the meat if it is a YES.In addition, small cheese breads are served along with 2 condiments, one that is to balance the oiliness if the meat and the other the saltiness of the meat. The meats are served regularly and you can request for a particular meat if you have been waiting for quite a while and it doesn\'t come the second round. A must try is the fish. A tad salty but it is so tender and juicy, Definitely not to be missed! There is grilled pineapples which is another must try as it helps to balance out all the meatiness of the meats! and there is garlic bread too. The meats are wonderfully marinated but do eat slowly as they are all protein and you feel full easily. End that all with a dessert, I ordered a tiramisu and a cocktail. Extremely satisfying meal with free flow of meats. Head there today!Spending: Approximately SGD 50(Dinner)
Carnivore...as the name imply...is a place for all hard core meat lovers. The second outlet from its primary location in Chjimes, this outlet tends to bring out a contemporary approach in its design and a spacious enhancement in terms of area for all its diners.

Was at Carnivore to celebrate my birthday and all of us had a fulfilling treat of meat that till of now to this point of entry...am still feeling meaty in my breathe. To start off with the meat adventure, we were shown to their salad bar that consist mainly cold and hots dishes erected from the veggies green as a balancing pivot point for the upcoming sinful meats!

An endless stream of freshly grilled meats, that range from beef, honey glazed ham, chicken hearts, mutton, fish, bacon wraps to name a few were all well marinated with spices and herbs were showcase at our table on a routine basis. A galore of meat!

The serving staff were always on the go, initiated on serving the best portion and cut of meat to every single patrons and ensure to fill all glutton's stomach to its fullest. Thumbs up to them and once you are at your highest point of food intake...you can always "throw in the white flag" which to to show them a "NO,Thank you" tag to stop any serving of meat dishes.

Meat texture and quality is at its best and my advice to all meat lovers, is to request for the inner core of the meat which is the most succulent and juicy as compared to the outer layer that had been exposed to direct heat upon the grilling process which can be dryer and harder in texture.

So for all "gruesome" meat lovers...Carnivore is the place for your meat! * Roars
