Villa Casa Mateo prides itself on the superb in villa dining service provided by our House Chef. Choose from an extensive menu of both Eastern & Western delights.

A full complimentary breakfast is provided for each registered Guest. Prior to retiring at night, we ask that you advise us of your breakfast choice and the time that you require it to be served.

You may choose to shop for yourself or alternatively, you can ask the Chef to shop for you. All you need to do is prepare a list of food and drink, and the rest is done for you. Our staffs have been instructed to purchase only imported meats for our guests. Should you wish to eat local produce, please notify the Chef. You will be invoiced for the groceries of all non-complimentary food & beverage at the end of your stay but absolutely no mark-up from the shop prices.

We will very pleased to serve you for your in villa dining requirements, however, as we are a small team, advance notice is required for both luncheon and dinner. This will enable preparations including the purchasing of provisions
