About Us

On September 2018, Chef Kang has opened Chef Kang's Noodle House, a hawker stall located in the canteen of Jackson Square, Toa Payoh.

This Noodle House is selling Wanton Mee where the noodles used are specially imported bamboo pole ”jook sing” type, from Hong Kong, without the strong alkaline taste.

​

The menu is simple that serves up 3 items:

- Noodle with Char Siew & Wanton ($6)

- Noodle with Shredded Abalone, Char Siew & Wanton ($11) and

- Pork Belly Char Siew ($12).

** There is only the dry and no soup version.
