Cherry Garden is a Chinese restaurant in Mandarin Oriental Singapore that serves fine Cantonese cuisine. It has always been on the radar for my Singapore Dim Sum list. Ever since my previous visit to the restaurant, I have been wanting to come back for a second time. Cherry Garden Chinese restaurant offers ala carte dim sum on weekday lunch, as well as dim sum buffet for weekend brunch.

The menu is extensive, exceptional service, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Best Chinese dinning experience yet. Elegant dinning room, the Food is very fresh and aromatic.

Marinated Jellyfish Salad, jellyfish was cooked perfectly, bouncy and springy, and the soya sauce marinade was very light, so it really complemented the mildly sea-fresh flavours of the jellyfish.
