CitiCool is a BCA registered one-stop HVAC company that provides aircon servicing in Singapore since year 2005.

We provide aircon service for all types of air conditioners. Our air conditioning service include but are not limited to :

general cleaning;
chemical wash (also known as chemical cleaning or chemical overhaul);
aircon repair;
periodic aircon maintenance;
aircon installation; and
aircon relocation etc..

We also sell and install new air conditionditing systems for brands including but limited to :

Mitsubishi Aircon
Panasonic Aircon
Sanyo Aircon

Toshiba Aircon
Carrier Aircon etc.

We also buy and sell used seocndhand (reconditioned) air conditioners.

All our second hand air conditioners are reconditioned and tested to extend its lifespan and improve efficiency before they are installed for customers . All reconditioned aircon comes with a warranty period.

We often receive calls from customers who encounter the following problems with their air conditioning systems. For example:

aircon cannot start
aircon not cold
aircon release smelly air
aircon has water leaking
aircon very noisy
aircon start and off by itself etc etc..

Depending on the severity of your aircon problems, sometimes we are able to give the customers some advises and their could resolve the problems themselves easily. Otherwise, we will arrange an onsite visit to help customers diagnose their aircon problems. It is our practice to inform the customers what causes the air conditioner breakdown and advise them on the various solutions available and the cost involved so that our customers can make a wise and informed decision on their spending.
