Constructa Builders (also known as LembongHouse)

Constructa Builders was founded in 1968 by Mr. Empie Lembong, Engineer. Mr. Lembong constructed his first house in Jl. Kemang Utara in 1968 (now Galeri Dua Delapan), and since then has expanded his housing portfolio to over 160 homes today. His vision has always been to provide the best housing for expatriates in Jakarta through designing and constructing houses that are in secured and strategic locations; functional home-focused, simplicity, bright, durable and more importantly trouble-free.

Mr. Lembong built his first housing compound in Jl. Mampang Prapatan No. 300 in 1975. The compound contains 10 single storey houses. In year 1978, he finished his second housing compound in Jl. Kemang Timur V No. 30, a compound of 7 houses.

Mr. Lembong continued to build housing compounds and some stand-alone homes until today there are now 11 compounds with over 180 houses. About 98% of these 180 houses are fully owned by him (less than 10 houses were sold to his friends but still under his full management) and this is one of the very important differences why our company places an extremely heavy focus on maintenance so that our homes are maintained in the best possible condition. Our team is dedicated to providing the quickest and most thorough response to any and all Tenant’s complaints.

High quality maintenance service is absolutely critical to our Tenant’s satisfaction during their stay in our houses. Our maintenance team covers just about everything inside and outside the house: wiring, plumbing, water pumps, water heaters, door handles, cupboards/wardrobes, faucets, toilets, swimming pool, termite treatment etc., we have in-house full time technicians (electrician, plumbers, ac technicians, welders, carpenters, diggers, etc.). Furthermore, we also provide 24 hours, 7 days a week maintenance service to all our tenants. We provide mobile phone numbers that can be contacted after regular office hours.
