Corporate Coach Academy (CCA) is the leading and the most established coach learning school in the region. Incorporated since 2004, CCA has already trained and certified thousands of coaches and coach-leaders, as part of its vision to ‘Building A Vibrant Coach Community’ who have both the outlook and capabilities to help themselves and others achieve extraordinary performance with fulfilling outcomes.
CCA leads the coaching industry in many ways. IT is not only instrumental in bringing Coaching to this part of the world, but also in bringing the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) brand of Coaching here. The significance of this is : individuals and organizations can have direct access to coach-learning of the highest standards as promulgated by the ICF, the world standard bearer of Coaching. Never before has any coaching organization in the world gone so far as to introduce Coaching Standards to raise the profile of Coaching as a creditable profession to be in the same league with other established professions. Additionally, coaches and leaders using the Coaching Standads have resources to guide their growth and to deliver coaching in the most effective manner.
In the same vein, CCA leads the coaching industry via its alumnus, the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC), where bona fide coaches and coach-students can join and embark on their continuous coach-learning. Indeed, MACC is among the very few coaching associations in the world to gain government approval and recognition as it is approved by the Registry of Societies, Malaysia.
