CRAVE Nasi Lemak was founded in 2015 when one of the founders of Kiosks Collective ,who was a loyal customer of the Adam Road Nasi Lemak by Selera Rasa reached out to Dr Abdul Malik Hassan, owner of the award-winning stall.

With a common vision to grow and to serve great Nasi Lemak making the local delight available across Singapore, the partnership between Kiosks Collective and Selera Rasa began.

Often regarded by food critics and media as Singapore's Favourite Nasi Lemak, the partnership has grown from a single stall in Adam Road to 43 outlets islandwide and is now a familiar name and sight in manyshopping malls.

In 2018, CRAVE partnered with Amoy Street's Teh Tarik from Rafee’s Corner and now houses two distinguished hawker names under one roof to offer a delightful combination that pays tribute to Singapore’s rich food and beverage scene.

Aside from CRAVE's highly raved coconut rice made with extra long-grained basmati rice, CRAVE's chicken wings have been a crowd favourite and that's how CRAVE Cripsy Ayam was born as an extension of the brand in 2021 to serve up Singapore’s Favourite Local Fried Chicken.
