For dessert we tried Banoffee Pie cream and toffee. The bananas were caramelize. There was biscuit like crust on top of the layers of banana and it added crunchiness to the pie with the cream on top.It was pretty good, it was something different from the cakes weâ??ve tried. The combination of caramelized banana and toffee made the pie sweet, but not overwhelming.
