Engaged Drinkstar Enterprise on the 2 Jan 2019 for the installation of water dispenser for our office. Paid $738 for the Model DS788FS. Water dispenser that was delivered was faulty(Hot water display light not working) and the water dispenser set quality is not up to our expectation. Was told that because DS788FS is a "China manufacturer set",so we opted to top up to pay for a "Korean manufacturer set" (top up $350). They came on the 7 Jan 2019 to installed the new water dispenser (Model 898). Water started leaking from the water dispenser on the 11 Jan 2019, took picture and sent it to Richard, but he insisted that its not his water dispenser leaking, it could be our fridge leaking water or we simply pour water on the floor to blame him. We got no choice but to wait for another leak to happen, took videos, sent it to him. He sent his installer guy to come down and check, saying that the float may be faulty, changed the float, monitored a few days, water started leaking again from the dispenser on the 23 Jan 2019 and 20 Feb 2019. The water leak on the 20 Feb 2019 causes a short circuit and a power trip in our office. Informed Richard, they came down to collect the water dispenser for "checking". Replaced a new set for us after a few days of checking, and the new set started leaking water again on the 12 March 2019. Arranged for Richard to visit on the 14 March 2019 to attend to the issue but he did not show up. He visited our office on the 15th, shouted and screamed at us, blaming us for misuse, possibility of fridge leaking water, spilling water to frame him (we recorded it on video) because he did not see the water leaking in action. Told him the water leaking is intermittent and gave him two choice. 1) bring the water dispenser back to check or 2) we can install a monitoring video recording camera just to record and prove to him. He declined both. Insisted that we call him when the water leak again and he will come down IMMEDIATELY to "check". He left about 330PM to 340PM on that day, soon after he left, water started leaking again, we had to call him to turn back to see the water leaking "in action". After checking, he said that he doesn't know what is the issue, told us he sort of fixed it (changed the float) and again insisted that we monitor again. Water started leaking again on the 25th March 2019, recorded video, sent him, came down and said its our water pressure issue and he will come back and install a "water pressure reducer". Water started leaking again on the 18 April 2019, WhatsAapp him again, called him, say he will visit us on the 22 April 2019. Texted him on the 22 April 2019, all he did was to reply us he had discussions with "several technical people" and the issue is with our water pressure, we should engage a plumber to solve the issue (reduce water pressure), we felt that the solution he given wasn't sincere, it seem more like him pushing the blame to us... and worst of all, the water dispenser installation was done by his company. Offered him a reduced refund rate, 80% refund, 20% to cover his cost. He declined to negotiate and stopped replying us. Had to call him using another phone number so that he will answer our call, but he refuse to help us solve the issue. He encouraged us to go to "court" and sue him. We had no choice but to file a small claim tribunals against his company. The purpose of writing this lengthy review is to warn everyone and prevent anyone from going through this trouble.
