About Us
Duta Hotel and Residence is our 3rd of 3 planned hotels with a new residence component in mind. Having more experience with the hospitality and service industry, we have kept the vision & mission to be the best accommodation in the “Jalan Kasipillay” enclave of Kuala Lumpur alive. Our foremost concern is to be uniquely different while providing a comfortable stay for our guests, whether for business or leisure. Our team has put-in long hours of hard work to ensure that what we deliver not only meets but goes beyond the latest demands in today’s competitive market. Our staff is available for our guests’ needs as well as offering useful amenities, up-to-date information for those visiting Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding areas as well. Since our opening in January 2011, our concept of being modern, cozy, comfortable, clean, practical yet affordable has been rewarded with numerous good comments. We are proud to say that we have taken the right path. Duta Hotel & Residence in Kuala Lumpur offers a modern classic yet chic setting with spacious area, fully air-conditioned, dining area and ample natural light serviced by new elevators to all floors. The fully furnished service apartment is laid out with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living hall, dining hall, kitchen and a laundry yard. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom. While the other two bedrooms; one has a queen size bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom is furnished with a modern wardrobe with sliding doors design, bedside table with bed lamp on top and windows with curtains or blinds to give travellers a well needed restful sleep that leads to a happy and healthy life. After a day tired from sight-seeing or feeling the downtown heat, relax on the modern leather sofa and enjoy watching TV shows on large LCD screens in the air-conditioned living hall. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with induction hob, chimney, oven, fridge, kettle and cooking utensils for light cooking. Other features of the apartment include beautifully appointed bathrooms with hot/ cold shower, laundry yard facilities and complimentary internet access. On-site facilities for guests include free car park in-building with 24 hour CCTV monitoring system, 24 hour guarded security and electronic key card for building access, swimming pool, children's playground, convenient stores, restaurants, laundry outlet, cybercafé and nursery.
