Boasting a breezy alfresco deck and stunning views of the colourful Boat Quay façade and Singapore River, EMPRESS Bar (opening soon) is a casual waterfront bar ideal for drinks and cocktails. Public parking is available at the basement carpark of the New Parliament House, at Six Battery Road and at One Fullerton across from the Fullerton Hotel.
