When it comes to Sunday Brunch, there’s nothing better than the Pink Champagne Brunch Buffet at Equinox Restaurant. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that this is definitely one of the best brunch in Singapore. On the last Sunday of each month, the fine dining restaurant at Swissotel the Stamford has a special Pink Champagne Brunch.

HIGH TEA WITH NICE CITY VIEW Equinox restaurant is sky-high restaurant located on the 70th floor complementing its breathtaking view of the city and surrounding with dishes from Malaysia and Indonesia is the menu. The high tea buffet includes curry puffs, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta and more. Operating hours: 3:30pm till 5pm @ $42++

Chilli Soft Shell Crab with Mantou...instead they used Soft Shell Crab in place of the usual Sri Lanka Crab for this Singapore Famous Dish. The taste was different....as I ate the crab shell with the Mantou covered with the chilli sauce but overall it was quite refreshing good.

Went to the Pink Champagne Brunch on Sunday for a friend's birthday. Free flowing Moet Rose Imperial and cocktails. The most gorgeously plated bacon-wrapped scallops that I've ever seen. Great seafood spread --oysters, lobsters, mussels, etc. You can even get your picture taken with the Pink Panther. If you can afford to splurge, the food, drinks and panoramic views of Singapore are totally worth it.

Champagne Brunch Buffet: Adult: $148++ (non-alcoholic), $168++(free flow champagne) Child under 12 years old: $74++

This is located on the highlest levels, 69 & 70 and there is a spectacular panoramic view of the city. The food here is buffet style and the spread is good with a mix of both asian and western cuisines.
