You need people who know how to stay focused, organized, and are persistent. You also need people with heart. Hiring someone who seems perfect on paper and can meet a sales goal is not per se the key to long term business success. If that top performer is also a complete jerk, they could scare off your clients and the other employees over time. Plus, it could make your life miserable which would negatively affect your productivity as well.

So you do need to be inspired. Find people who meet both sides. Creative people can be organized and productive. Locate individuals who strike a beautiful balance and you're golden.

Invested money working for you can apply to both the money you personally invest in your business venture, in addition to the money others invest in your plan. If you place your funds carefully and diligently, you can see major returns. Arbitrarily throwing money into anything and everything in hopes something will stick is as good as career suicide. When spending invested money: Research, think, hesitate then act.

Avoid get rich quick concepts entails not falling for greed. If you step on everyone on your way to the top, your tower will fall and it will fall hard. It may not happen right away, but eventually someone's gonna find you out. And it won't be pretty.

Don't lie, cheat, and steal to get where you want to go, when it comes to building wealth. Choose integrity and use integrity to your advantage. You'll find that it's not only worth it, but you'll also be able to sleep soundly. That is priceless!
