I've spent many years trying to fight acne and I've always lost, no matter what tried to do. Then finally, I hit a home run with my new very easy 3 step solution that you can start using right away too.
There are only really 3 important areas in your skin to focus on to have clear, acne free, skin again. It's not some "voo doo" it's actually all very simple and easy, in just three steps...
1 - Drink Plenty of Water!
Your body is mostly water. Water is needed by every organ in the body, especially your organs like your kidneys which are responsible for flushing out the toxins from your body. Most of acne is caused by toxins. Drinking plenty of water will flush the toxins out and help clear your skin right up!
2 - Be careful of the "Wonder" Acne Prevention Plans
Your skin is different from the person next to you, so to think that the same thing will work for everyone is crazy. It's because of this that it can be really scary to stand in a drug store and try to pick your acne treatment choice, but really it does not have to be that hard!
Here are 2 tips to help you cut down the choices. If you're seeing a lot of blackheads and whiteheads then you need something that can open and clear your pores. However, if you're seeing big red pimples, you have a bacteria issue.
So look carefully at your skin to figure out what problems you have. Then read the product labels to make sure they're a good fit. Now you've got a customized acne prevention plan! *Important Tip!* Make sure that you don't attack your skin with too many products. That will only irritate your skin further. Figure out what specific problems you have first, and then aim to treat them.
3 - Don't Forget About The Pimples You Already Have!
While trying to PREVENT pimples, don't forget to treat the ones you already have because they can spread. They will pop up every now and then, just make sure to quickly act on it.
First assess whether or not you can drain it. If it is near the surface of the skin and can be drained easily, go ahead. But if it is deep under your skin, don't drain! It will only tear your skin and irritate it, making it more prone to infection and further pimples.
If you do drain the pimple because it's near the surface make sure you immediately wash and dry your face and then apply your treatment cream to assure that it does not come back or even worse, spread!
The final option is to use something like Neosporin also to make sure you avoid any scarring of the skin, but don't use too much or else you'll clog your pores all over again!
