It is not something we need to learn how to live with, but something we must take care of because it's not just painful but also not good for your health.
So what is it really? What is the cause for this terrible pain?!
Constipation is very common, it happens when the bowel movements are infrequent and not complete. Constipation is very painful and causes abdominal pain.
When do we get constipated?
When the body is dehydrated, the stool gets very hard and causes constipation. For some people nervousness and anxiety can cause either constipation or diarrhea. Constipation can also appear because of medications or injury.
What can we do to prevent constipation?
We need make sure we live our lives healthy and notice our lives habits: what we eat and drink and if we work out and how frequent.
Eating right, drinking enough water and exercising are the answer for most people.
For some people constipation is not just drinking more or eating right because for them it is a sickness and they need to know how to live with it and take care of their bodies.
For that I would recommend to start a diet which means, not to eat less but to eat things that will make the bowel to move.
We need to exercise our bowel by eating things that are easy to digest.
Plums, apples, carrots, dates, red beet, oatmeal, horseradish, figs, green cabbage, lettuce; these will all help your bowel to start working and learn how to digest properly.
Try and eat at regular hours during the day and don't eat big meals.
Try not to eat before you go to bed, better eat in the morning to start the digestion.
You can also make some mixtures on your own, very easy to make:
• Take 1/4 teaspoon of Epsom salt and mix to half a glass of water, drink right a way. Can't believe how amazing that is.
• Make a thyme tea by using one teaspoon on thyme to 1 glass of water.
• Right after you wake up before you eat anything, drink 1 cup of warm water mixed with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and half a lemon juice.
• Mix concentration of dried figs and concentration of plum, add half a teaspoon of paraffin oil, 1 cup of borsch, honey, lemon and drink.
• Before you eat in the morning drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.
If you will take care of your body and make sure you help your body to digest you will see an improvement in weeks and you will feel so much better! So start now! Don't wait!

America is losing the battle to keep manufacturing companies and their jobs on American soil. The jobs that have built America's wealth, and created these huge, powerful companies, have been placed in a very volatile state with the movement of those same jobs to other countries.
If you take a minute to think, you will remember that manufacturing is what made America the powerful nation that it is. It is manufacturing that built the wealth of enormous companies, and in turn created the best paying jobs on American soil. The three companies that built that power and wealth are General Motors, Ford, and Dodge. Mass production was created by Henry Ford. He was the first to create assembly line manufacturing. These assembly line types of manufacturing are what created the ability to produce early cars at a price that people could actually afford. These production methods kept the overall cost down by creating a very fast building environment for automobiles and many other products. The less time that it takes to build something, the less money it will cost to build it. This method also created a great deal of good paying jobs. These kinds of jobs afforded people to live a nice comfortable life, without worry of money, food, or housing. This is the American way of life.
The same companies that have built the wealth of this nation are taking their jobs, and money, to other countries. The reason they are doing so is because the same country that they made strong is doing everything it can to break them down and make it impossible for them to be cost competitive in their home land. Ford is closing seven plants in North America, and fourteen plants world wide. The fact that these companies are unable to be as competitive is not the automakers fault. American government is way too dedicated to helping the over seas competition import products into the country with little or no tariffs, then give them money if they come here to build their products. Ohio Governor Bob Taft has offered Toyota $2 million a year for fifteen years. That is thirty million dollars, along with a choice of free land in three different counties to build the facility (Cincinnati Post). How much sense does it make to give this kind of money to a company that is going to send their profit over seas? We have Ford and G.M. right here in our country that are closing plants and could use that money to keep America's dollars, and jobs, in America. Hey Bob Taft, do you think that thirty plus million dollars might have a positive effect in these areas? You bet it would! In fact, it seems like common sense to me.
If the companies that I have mentioned are not enough, I have a challenge for you. Try and call Dell's customer service and get any type of positive results. This company spends a great deal of money on advertising and promotion. If you try and get someone that speaks English as his or her main language on the phone, you have quite a challenge. When it comes to computers or technology, you want to be able to talk to someone that speaks your native tongue. They should at least speak the native tongue of the country that the company resides in. I ordered a memory card from Dell. It was a simple item. I received the wrong memory card in the mail. You have to buy Dell's products using mail order. It took five phone calls, twelve transfers, and a total of eight hours, to finally get the situation cleared up on a thirty seven dollar item. This problem was due to the fact that a company that does the majority of it's business in the United States does not care enough about the customer to try and make their customer service representatives fluently speak the native tongue of where they do most of their sales. This fact lost my business forever. Take a look at the job ads in your local paper. Customer service representatives can be hired starting at eight dollars an hour. That is not a wage so high that a company like Dell can not have customer service here in the states. It is just greed. This example of corporate thinking is having a devastating effect on the amount of jobs available in the United States. Would you like fries with that?
The media kills American companies with the favoritism that it shows to foreign companies. Think for a minute about all the law suits that were filed against Ford and General Motors. Dodge had their share with the K cars back in the 1980's. Ford lost a suit for someone having an accident and blaming it on the tires. The person was speeding, hit one of those cement dividers, then lost control and had an accident. This was found by the courts to be the fault of the tires, and Ford Motor Company. This case holds just as much merit as the one where Mc Donald's had a customer spill a hot cup of coffee that she was holding between her legs, while she was driving a car. She received millions of dollars for giving an incredible display of ignorance. I gave you these examples to say this. If your Honda is to roll out into traffic because the transmission fails and causes an accident, you cannot sue Honda. They are in another country and are not a part of our legal system. Honda had a recall of 750,000 cars for this very problem last year. Most of us did not hear about it because there was a small one and one half inch article about it at the very back of the business section. So, all the bogus law suits have to be filed against the American companies with the most money, or at least they used to have the most money. Those companies were the big three, G.M., Ford, and Dodge. Now look at what is happening. The media plays a huge part in how the public sees things.
Wake up America! We have got to get a grip on how important it is to keep our good paying jobs here on our own soil. Write you senators, governors, and president. If we say nothing, then they will think that they can do whatever they want and we will not care. For the sake of your children, and their children, start caring.
