There are also other active adult communities being built in Dunbarton and Braemar. Having the community nearby will allow active adults to take advantage of the activities and lifestyle offered by such a community. Prices on homes in these active adult communities will vary from community to community all around the country. Specifically in the Dunbarton area prices start at about $350,000 and go up to almost $500,000 depending on the type of home one wants.
