There are probably a million ways this materialistic world can offer on how to stay young and healthy. The advent of anti-aging creams, BOTOX and the likes are just few to mention. But there are also ways of staying young and healthy without spending a single dime on them. All you need is your will and discipline that is all.



Wear a smile.

Always. It would surely look good on you. It can lighten the mood in whatever situation. Smiling only takes 17 muscles to do it while you will need 47 muscles to frown. Isn't it amazing that the most beautiful attribute of every human will only take little effort to do? It is such an awesome creation. Smile even in pain. This is the most important aspect of staying young and healthy.

Have a good laugh.

Once in a while. Too much of something is also not good. But having a good laugh every once in a while can bring relief to all burden. Don't let the daily stress affect even your outlook in life. Laughing every once in a while is good for the heart.

Never hold grudges.

Holding a grudge or anything against someone is exhausting. It can also cause hypertension that can further lead to more complications like heart problems. In the end, you will only shorten your life span. I can't see why many people can't easily forgive those who have wronged them especially when forgiveness has already been sought. The heavy burden of grudge when carried everyday the more it will become heavier the longer you carry it. It is then better to let it all out and let go.

Have a heart.

...full of love. I believe above all things, love is the most powerful. It makes strong people weak. It makes weak people strong. It has full of mystery. It is unfathomable almost by the human mind. If you try explaining it, the more it will become confusing. But above of it all, loving feels good. When one has so much love in the heart, it wouldn't take too long to forget the grudge, twitch the mouth to smile and eventually have a good laugh.

True, love is a two-way street. It should always involve giving and receiving. It can bring pain and happiness at the same time. It is always a "hello' and "see you later' kind of world. Otherwise, it is not love. Love is the most precious feeling one can ever feel, despite and amidst the pain it can bring.

I have only mentioned four of how to stay young and healthy without spending a single dime on it. Of course, one can still discover that there are many ways. But once you can do all four and have already mastered it, I don't think there is anything more that is needed. I have tried them and it works. Take them with as much dosage as you like.
