Keeping this in mind, the Piyush Group has envisaged projects in major cities of the NCR, and residential projects on the anvil, include integrated townships in Palwal and Bhiwari, as well as, group housing in Faridabad. Spread over 155-acres, the upcoming integrated township project is located close to the futuristic Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) expressway.

Among the group's commercial projects are corporate parks located on Mathura Road, NH-2, Faridabad.
