For a more budget conscious shopper, there are some amazing cosmetic lines available at your local drugstore. Brands like Revlon, Maybelline, Max Factor, and many others make great products at reasonable prices. Maybe start with a foundation and, using the tips and tricks you have learned from your research, practice application until you have perfected it.
