Most professional teach that you have to work really hard to burn fat, and so the more motivated you are to have a fat burning workout, the harder you work, and the harder you work, the more sugar you burn, but practically no fat whatsoever.
You can go through all kinds of weight lifting routines for your weight loss workout, and even build big muscles, but they will be "sugar burning muscles", not fat burning muscles.

Some of you might already know but unfortunately after stopping xenical most of the subjects in the study gained back 35% of their lost body weight within one year. This is discouraging at first but to understand this we need to understand and see how xenical works. Xenical works by inhibiting an enzyme called lipase. This results in fat malabsorption and therefore results in decreased caloric intake and hence the weight loss. If a subject does not modify their diet in this time period and then come off Xenical then the fat absorption will go back to normal and hence will cause increased caloric intake. So the way around this is too modify your diet while on xenical. This should not result in the weight gain and therefore help one lose weight smoothly.
Xenical does hold upto its claims as being one of the best weight loss pills ever but to utilize this one needs to be careful and understand how the medicine works.
