There's a lot of chatter these days about manifesting, intention, creation, and the law of attraction. People seem to want proof that the law of attraction is more than just a well conceived marketing concept, meant to sell self improvement theories and products. There is scientific proof that the law of attraction is alive and well in every moment, and you have the power to create your reality. You do it every day, whether you are conscious of it or not.
Your Vibrations Manifest Your Experiences
The wildly popular DVD "the Secret" introduced the masses to the concept of the law of attraction and the idea that like attracts like. In actuality, the law of attraction isn't about attracting your desires to you. Every thought, emotion, or feeling that you have carries a vibrational energy to it. The Universe is made up of energy. When your thoughts and emotions are released into the Universe, your vibrations connect with like vibrations that are of the same frequency, and manifest as experiences and opportunities in your life.
Your Focus Becomes Your Reality
Where's the proof? Quantum physics tell us that the entire Universe is made up of packets of energy that manifest into building blocks and take form, when directed to do so through your observation and your attention. Without your attention, the energy packets remain just probabilities of existence, energy waves in the Universe.
To put it plainly, what you focus on literally becomes your reality. Your point of focus causes the energy packets to manifest as people, places, and experience. You command the Universe to bring it to you. If you didn't, it would not exist.
Is the Law of Attraction a Myth?
One of the arguments against the existence of the law of attraction seems to be that folks who have thought about money, or a nice house, or a wonderful job have focused on having those things, and are still lacking. That must mean the law of attraction is just a myth, right? Remembering that your thoughts are a concentration of vibration particles, every time you have a thought, you create a specific focus of particles in your mind. Your mind literally thinks things into existence.
People who want money generally want money because they have a belief system based on thoughts like "I'm broke" or "I need more money to be happy, or to pay the bills." The thought creates an energy packet in the form of being broke or needing money. Which manifests as a lack of money. If you change your thoughts, you change how those energy packets will appear in your life.
Thoughts like "I need money" or "I'm broke" or "I'm struggling" carry an energy vibration that will create experiences and situations that are on the same energy frequency. Your thoughts are on one frequency; if your desires are on a different energy frequency, there is a mismatch. Your thoughts must match the frequency of your desires or you will not manifest your desires.
Gratitude and abundance are high frequency emotions. If you wish to manifest high frequency experiences, your thoughts and emotions must also be on a high frequency. It's like trying to watch soap operas while you're tuned into the sports channel. You have to plug yourself into the right channel to get the intended results.
Body And Mind Healing
When most of us think about our bodies and dealing with stress it is mostly just in terms of losing weight. Our weight is what we use to define our bodies these days. Food is the key to boosting your self esteem as well as reducing stress. Food should be taken in its natural form. When I say natural forms I mean for example, when you eat vegetable and fruit it helps to eat them in the form that they naturally come in. if you eat fruit from a can, it is contained in syrup and sugars that will not be good for you so eating them raw is the best choice.
When you are eating vegetables it is best to eat them raw and steamed because it keeps all of the vitamins and minerals in them. You should also avoid processed foods and fried meats. Don't get me wrong fats are a necessary aspect of nutrition however saturated fats are not. The right balance of foods in a day can really be a key factor in reducing your stress levels as most fruits and vegetables contain mood enhancers that most of us don't even think of.
It is best to eat at least three meals a day that are balanced with each food group as prescribed by the food guide pyramid and in between snacks as well. What people don't know is that it is ideal that you eat five small meals a day instead in order to get the most our of your metabolic system. The more foods that you intake in a day that are healthy the better to boost your metabolism.
It is not always easy for most of us to follow the food guide pyramid; however, it is still the best way to ensure that you get the most out of your efforts. Diet and exercise combined is the best way too keep your stress levels at bay, but if you can't do both walking and eating right is the way to go. There is no real excuse not to do both, but it was necessary to mention them.
When we think of stress, we rarely think that food plays a part in it. The truth is that a balanced diet is your best tool in dealing with stress. Junk food and fast foods can actually become a depressant for most people. Foods that are high in fat can greatly reduce our moods. We often feel sluggish and tired after eating junk food. The right diet that is balanced can really have a good effect on your system and that includes your stress levels.
