And now he wrote so called "The Layman's Guide to Steroids Book I and II" which is allready best-seller.



I had a chance to read these two books for myself (i borrow it from my friend). And like Mick Hart describes on his website, it is truly amazing. When i was reading book i find out very useful and helpful information about how to use steroids properly and carefully.

The first book(guides) of two, has 4 sections and around 40 pages:

Section 1 (it describes, secret of steroid food, the best type of needle size for steroids....)

Section 2 (customized model for mass buliding cycle, two essential substances for prolonging cycles..)

Section 3 (information about amino acids, which vitamin will fight against hair loss, muscle cramps..)

Section 4 (steroids side effects, which drugs work to combat the old "bitch tit" boobies, which are best for dieting, which are best for first time users....)

If First book shows us more overviewed look of steroids usage, than the second leads us to More Detailed Look at Steroids, Covering More Advanced Subjects Including Insulin & HGH.

I recomend this two books(guides) to everyone who will start using steroids and wants read all about them before he starts using them and of course everybody else. And once again remember Mick Hart is the greatest ;)
