Have genuine content

The major reason why most search engine optimizers fail is this, many SEO professionals believe writing out some textual garble, coupled with some fancy technical terms will actually qualify any content for inclusion on an article site. The truth is as far from it as possible. Article submission sites don't really care if you are putting up an article for search engine optimization purpose, what they are concerned about is the quality and the readability of the content. Based on how useful an article is and in conjunction with other factors, like the language and tone and the grammar, articles are accepted or rejected.

Many people have found incredible success by actually just focussing on writing a great article, and forgetting that the only purpose it serves is search engine optimization, the truth is that choosing the right topic and content is critical for the success of any article.

Do not over optimize

Okay so you may have great content, and you may have written the article in a professional tone, but another stumbling block you might face is over optimizing the content. By over optimizing I mean you could actually right the content with a particular keyword in mind, so your content might be great but the problem is that article sites, will actually detect that you have optimized the text for a particular keyword. This more often than not causes even the most well written articles to be rejected.

The idea is to simply be smart and not attempt to pack as many keywords as possible, in a perfectly well written article. Also make sure that the minimum length of each article you write is close to around 500 words. Any article less than 500 words might not be taken as a serious article attempt.

Using professional writers

Like any other skill, art or talent in the world, writing to is not everyone's cup o f tea, there is a very good reason why there are professionals who spend their lives writing content and articles. Although writers that can write articles for search engine optimization purposes, are a rare breed, but rest assured any investment you make on that front will be fruitful. There are two very good reasons why you should consider professional help: the first is that they have years of experience in writing, and have probably already worked on the topic you require, and the second reason is simpler, because they are good at what they do.

Before you start writing your article you should note the following factors: Keywords, article structure, and resource box. These three key factors are the building blocks of your article. These building blocks are what make a successful article marketing strategy, which in turn will lead to achieving the optimal search engine ranking optimization that you are looking for.

Before you start writing your article you should think about the keywords that you are going to target. Start by thinking of what are the best words or phrases that describe your article and put them on a piece of paper or a word processer. After writing down all the keywords that you can think of you can utilize one of the keyword search tools that are provided over the internet.

One of the leading keyword search tools is called Google Adwords Keyword Tool. What this tool does is that it displays a list of multiple keywords or phrases that are relevant to the keyword that you suggest. On the side of each keyword or phrase you will see the number of monthly searches that has been done for this keyword. The higher number the better. Any keyword that results in monthly searches of more than 1,000 is a good keyword to consider.

However, the number of searches is not the only factor that you should take into consideration. The other factor to think of is the competition that you have for this keyword. To find out the competition you should use the Google search engine.

In the Google search engine enter the keyword within quotes. For example, if your keyword is Make Money Online then you should enter “Make Money Online” in Google search engine. If the number is high, more than 100,000 then there are too many pages and thus competition is very high. You should aim for search results of less than 100,000.

After researching for your keywords you should include them in different sections of your article. Your article consists of: Title, introductory paragraph, body, and final paragraph.

You should include your keywords once in the title, once or twice in the introductory paragraph, at least twice in the article body, and at least once in your final paragraph.

Managing your keywords in this way will assure that you reach search engine ranking optimization in the quickest way possible.

Last factor to take into consideration in your article marketing strategy is the resource box. This is a very important section in the article because the distributor allows you to enter two or three links in the resource box. Of course, you will be using these links to point to your site, blog, or affiliate link.

As you noticed, your article marketing strategy does not have to be complicated nor does it need to be handled by costly professionals. If the above mentioned factors were followed precisely you can attain high ranks in the search engines which will lead you to attain search engine ranking optimization and to have success in your online marketing.
