Bubble Tea How To

    View:
Something new is hitting teahouses and coffee shops across the country. It's bubble tea. This bizarre drinkalso goes by the names boba, Bubble, peal and minute pearls.

Bubble drinks are usually cool, refreshing, and a sweet drink with tapioca pearls sitting on the bottom of aclear cup. Sometimes the drink is made with fresh fruits, milk, and crushed iceto create a healthy milk shake.

Bubble tea is far from theplain-looking tea you are familiar with. It comes in a wild variety of flavorsand colors. Flavors include Matcha Green Tea, Black Milk Tea, Chai Tea, Taroand Thai Tea and Fruit Flavors include Mango, Sour Green Apple, Honeydew andWatermelon. There is Also chocolate flavors that are Latte (Coffee), Mocha,Vanilla Latte, Cappuccino and White Chocolate Mocha. There are also the moretraditional green or black tea flavors. It can be served either hot or cold. Mypersonal favorite White Chocolate Mocha, iced.

But the fun part of bubble teaisn't the colors or the flavors; it's the ?bubbles?. Big, black, balls of chewytapioca are what make bubble tea such an interesting experience. These pearlsare about the size of small marbles and they sink to the bottom of your cup. This tea is usually served with a gigantic straw just the right size for slurpingup these gummy treats.

Bubble tea originated overseas inTaiwan and has only recentmigrated to North America within the last 10years or so. You can now find places serving bubble tea in most major cities, such as Los Angeles, Seattle,Vancouver, New Yorkand Toronto. Many say that the local imports just aren't as good as the stuff you get in Japan and Taiwan. If you visit Taiwan or Hong Kongyou can't help but notice the unique bubble teashops on every corner. BubbleTea to Taiwan is what coffeeor soda is to the U.S.One would think Bubble Tea is the national drink by its popularity. Just likein Taiwan,Bubble Tea shops are popping up all over the world. One Taiwan based company has over 450 locationswhile in the Philippinesanother person owns over 100 within 1.5 years. The U.S. is alsonow feeling the growth. Hundreds of locations serve Bubble Tea in California alone.

You can get the flavour of yourchoice from www.bobateadirect.com also all sort of coffee and Chai alsoavailable.
Bubble Tea How To
How many of you have started to get tired of the same drinks, or coffee or tea? Maybe if there was something to replace it, then you would not have to drink the same drink day after day. Well, there is! And it has been for over twenty- seven years, but you just did not know that. This new, fun drink is called bubble tea.

Almost twenty- seven years ago, in Taiwan a new drink came to life and not any drink but one that could ease your thirst and your appetite at the same time. It is both something that you can eat and drink.

Because it was such a challenging drink, it had to have a challenging name. This is why many attempts have been made until one name stood in front of the others. Before bubble tea stuck, boba tea, pearl drink or tapioca drink were some of the names that were given to this amazing drink. It did not take boba tea too much to gain its popularity. Right after it had been invented, it gained Asia, and Europe came soon after. Nowadays this drink has conquered the world and every culture there is.

Bubble tea has a very interesting history down to its name. The original drink was made out of condensed milk, honey, tapioca balls and the special ingredient was a type of tea that could only be found in Taiwan. As this drink started to become more and more popular, changes were needed to make this tea much more interesting and fun. Many liked the original drink but felt that something was missing so they demanded more and more from this unique drink. This is how boba tea became iced and then more flavors started to be added. Some of the most popular flavors include: taro, coconut, strawberry, mango, passion fruit, and milk tea. The fun you could have both creating and drinking this amazing tea were endless. Somewhere along the way this tea drink actually became tea-less because the imagination of the people was so rich.

The name has its own history as well. Because of the complexity of ingredients used, picking a name for this drink was difficult. Moreover, it had to be a catchy name that represented this fun drink. Big pearl, after the tapioca balls found in the drink, milk tea or pearl tea were some of the first names given to this tasty, rich drink. In the end the name that stuck to this drink was bubble tea or boba tea for short.

For those who want to enjoy the original taste of this crazy drink, there are still some places where the original recipe of the drink can be found with only minor alterations. Tapioca is still the main ingredient, mixed with sweetened tea, that can be either hot or iced and milk. If you want, various additional flavors can also be added.

The important thing that has not changed over the years is that bubble tea or boba tea is the same tasty, fun to make and drink beverage that everybody loved. Nothing essential has been changed because the success that it had was due to its original taste.
