1. The first thing you should do is to talk to a professional trainer. You could try to do it by yourself but you may not do it correctly. If you talk to a professional trainer they will help you to build your muscle mass properly.
If you do talk with a professional they will save you a lot of time that would have otherwise been wasted looking for a good workout on your own. A professional trainer will give you a good workout that will be perfect for your body. Also a professional trainer can give you options as they do this for a living.
Another option is you could talk with bodybuilders and they could give you tips. Although this may not be the best way because your body is different then their's.
2. If you are just starting to out you should know that low weights are for keeping in shape and high weights are for building muscle mass. When lifting a high amount of weight your muscles will go through a trauma that they are not suppose to go through. When you rest though, the muscles will respond to that trauma and begin to build muscle.
It is very important that you rest after a workout. Your muscles do not build during the workout but only during the rest time. That is why you should work out between three-four days a week and take three-four days off.
3. You will need to have a good diet when you want to quickly build mass in your muscle. You will want to eat a high protein and carbohydrate diet.
You should eat about a 40% protein and 40% carbohydrate diet. The other 20% of your diet should be fats. Not bad fats that come in chips but fats that come in olive oil.
Another thing you can do is add supplements to your diet. You should consider protein supplements.
Whey protein is the most common protein supplement that is used. It contains essential amino acids that your body will not produced but that the body absorbs quickly.
These are just three tips that can help to build muscle mass fast. You should follow these three tips if you are interested in increasing our body mass.
Build Muscle Fast Workout
If I could only give one piece of advice to someone on how to successfully build muscle mass, I would tell them to develop a burning desire inside until it becomes an obsession. All other principles of success will not nearly be as effective if you don't first develop a burning desire to build muscle.
With this being true, you can even go as far to say that whether or not you will be successful is already pre-determined before you even begin. If you don't build enough hunger in the beginning, you will much more likely fall in to your inevitable temptations of quiting or taking days off. If you have a strong enough hunger and you have the tenacity to not quit, eventually you will develop the rest of the necessary qualities and continue making progress week after week. Can you see how important it is to have a burning desire when you want to achieve something big?
So what exactly is desire? Desire is the engine that fires up all the other principles of success. Enough hunger will add energy to your motivation and belief and will help you see past the obstacles by keeping your mind on positive thoughts that can propel you to higher levels of performance and success, rather then negative thoughts that will hinder your progress. Your concentration is multiplied and your determination and focus increase tenfold. It will blast right past all of the limits and obstacles you create in you mind.
Those who have a burning hunger to succeed whether it was born within them or developed are the people who truly make a name for themselves. When you turn a simple "want" or "wish" into a burning desire, then you have begun something very special. Maintain that burning desire by reading your goals daily and constantly picture yourself in the future and how you want to look or how strong you want to be. Maintain this hunger level through every minute of your workouts and you always double the effort and results you get in the gym.
One of the best ways to build your hunger level until it becomes an unquenchable fire inside is by getting into the habit of stimulating your mind daily on what you want to look like. This can only be done by controlling your concious thoughts. Keep in the front of your mind exactly what you want to achieve, and constantly surround yourself with like-minded people and tools to help stimulate your thoughts such as books and videos.
There is a whole laundry list of key principles and methods to achieve success in weight training and building muscle. Things such as concentration, persistence, hard work, careful planning, specialized knowledge, faith, and so on. I could spend hours writing about each one of these, but when you truly have a burning desire, all the rest of these things fall into place. Set up a systematic way in which you can build your hunger level each and everyday, and when you create a habit of thinking about your goals everyday with a burning obsession, success will only be a matter of time.
