    View:
Children with high self esteem will be very independent, responsible, confident, able to express themselves emotionally and be able to take failure as a learning experience. Parents can help their children to develop their interests and hobbies and teach them how to face challenge in their lives will help to build the self esteem of their children.

1. Develop the interests and hobbies of children

Parents need to encourage their children to develop their interests and hobbies e.g. swimming, football, sports, learning musical instrument and arts and so on. When they can master the skills and achieving progress in their interests and hobbies, they will become more confident about themselves. The sense of achievement in their learning of interest and hobbies will help to raise their self esteem.

Parents affirmation for their effort to put in learning and developing hobbies will motivate to further developing their talents.

2. Delegate Responsibility

Parents can delegate household chore or responsibilities that are age-appropriate to your children. Parents need to show the children what is the requirement of the household chore first. Then, parents supervise the children in doing the household tasks. When they can complete their household tasks, parents should show recognition to their effort and help.

For instance, a mother said to her 7 years old son, "You have mopped the floor and it was so clean. I appreciate the effort you put it.

You are my helpful boy. Thanks for your contribution to our family." The boy feels being appreciated by his mother and is motivated to help out in future. The positive feedback from mother helps to build the self esteem of the boy.

3. Treat challenge or failure as valuable learning opportunities

Life is full of ups and downs. Failure is part of the learning experience in our lives. When a child faces failure or mistake, they learn to evaluate their problems and find strategies, resources and solutions to their problems. Instead of over-protecting them, parents may ask their child, what will he or she learn from the mistakes? How can he or she do better next time? Does he or she need any help? If yes, where will he or she get help from. Let the child faces their problem, mistakes or failure with our support and guidance. A child will learn from his or her mistake and see failure as important learning opportunities.

Parents should affirm the effort of their children and motivate them to work towards learning goals of their hobbies and interests. When the children have achieved their goals or finished the household chore, they will feel proud of themselves. In addition, treating failure as valuable learning experience will help the children to cope with challenges in future positively.

The bowel is a term that applies to the intestines inside the body. It includes both the gigantic and undersized intestines; the size of the bowels and the intestines change depending on the size of the character as well as the age of the character. The bowel functions as a mode for the body to break down disparate foods and products the body ingests. The bowels contain different types of bacteria that may't be found anywhere else in the body. These bacteria absorb the particles of food and help the body expel them.

Diarrhea is a very common occurrence that happens to all members of public at one time or another. Diarrhea is a runny bowel movement that might happen when one is sick, or has eaten something that didn't agree with them, or because of a reaction to a new classification of medication, among other rationales. Diarrhea is typically expelled in a forceful manner and is characterized by being soft and runny. The most important remedy for diarrhea is to simply drink more fluids, as the greatest concern is dehydration. This is especially true for the elderly population and young babies and children. Diarrhea will in the main go away on its own, but for persistent cases, over-the-counter medications may be attempted.

Incontinence refers to a medical condition where the patient is unable to control their bowels. The colon and bowels produce loose stool at diverse times of the day. While individuals could once and again control their bowels, with this condition, they lose the ability to use the restroom when they yearn to. The treatment or remedies involved with incontinence range depending on the severity of the situation. Individuals launch by changing their diet to exclude spicy foods and alcohol while increasing heavier foods. Doctors also prescribe some specific types of drugs to treat the loose stool. In addition, if the problem is severe and other solutions don't work, surgery is another option.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is also popular by the abbreviation IBS. There are millions of populace afflicted with this condition worldwide, but there currently is no famous cure. Instead doctors use a combination of different drugs and fibre supplements to treat the symptoms. Those who suffer from IBS typically suffer from either diarrhoea or constipation. There are some situations where the individual affairs these problems as the result of another issue such as an undetected food allergy.

The definition of colon irrigation is an enema performed in myriads divergent stages. Colon irrigation can last up to and over an hour, and takes in the flushing of the bowel with mixed amounts of water, in dissimilar temperatures, and in soft to harder pressures. Some patients select to add herbs and coffee to the water, as this is thought to help cleanse the bowel even more. Colonic irrigation is thought by legions to be an distinguished custom to rid the body of harmful toxins.

The bowel is one of the largest important parts of the body, and any severe issues should be discussed with a doctor. While diarrhoea, incontinence and irritable bowel syndrome are all very common, they should be treated quickly until cleared up. Do-it-yourself remedies might sometimes do the trick, but a doctor could help figure out what to do for more extreme problems. Colonic irrigation should always be performed by a knowledgeable, licensed practitioner.
