Most Internet Marketers know this phrase like the back of their hands: The money is in the list. A lot of people in the



IM niche think they need a big list to make a decent amount of money online. This is a very common way of thinking

and I'm certain it will pop up in your mind sooner or later. The biggest drawback with this way of reasoning is that it

stops people from building a list for their internet/home business.

People think they need a list of at least 10,000 or even 15,000 subscribers before they can make any serious amount of money. And when they realize that it's not going to be something easy to do they simply stop trying to build a list.

Let me tell you right here and now that this is without a doubt not true. There's a case study where an Internet Marketer

with a small list of 1,236 members made an amazing $15,000 from that list.

How in the world did he do that? How can you sell $15,000 worth of products to such a small list There are a few criteria that have to be met before you can pull this trick off. First of all, you need to have a good relationship with the

members of your list. It means they have to trust you. Secondly, they have to be well informed about the available services and products on the Internet and they have to hear it from you. Last but not least they must be willing to buy an expensive item from you.

to your squeeze page very fast with paid advertising, like Google Adwords. But if buying clicks is not a viable solution for you, you certainly should try article marketing. Suppose you write and submit one article a day, which is very doable, and you do this like clockwork for a few weeks or even months. For most people submitting the articles to the

proper directories is tedious and boring but you can spend your time more wisely and outsource this work to an article submission service.

It will take some time to see any significant result with article marketing, as this method of driving traffic to your

website needs some time to get into gear. But after some time these articles will pull in a flood of traffic to your site and you

will see a constant flow of subscribers added to your list every day.

I think you will agree with me that you don't need a big list to make a nice income. But what are the possibilities with a huge list?. Let this idea go through your mind. If you can make $15,000 with 1,236 subscribers, what can you achieve if you

had a list of 10,000, 50,000 or even 100,000 subscribers? And you know, you can pull this off with article marketing.
