CPR Systems? work with you to develop a layout for your new pretreatment bay and equipment that will improve your production process and increase efficiency. Equipment installation usually takes one day, with start-up, testing and training completed on the second day. The CPR recycling system collects the wash water from the wash bay or booth in collection sumps then pumps the wash water through various separations, filtration, aeration and other proprietary technologies to clean the water and phosphate bath for reuse.

How It works. The installed system is filled with water and charged with PhosBite 101, the CPR Systems? chemical cleaner / phosphate solution. The chemical balance and system pH is easily checked to determine the amount of chemical to be added. A simple log sheet is kept to record chemical usage.

The cleaning solution is circulated and continuously cleaned using its proprietary clarifying technology. When it's time to clean the metal substrate, the operator switches ?on? the Bondtite high-pressure phosphating unit. Pulling the wand trigger energizes the high-pressure circuit and the gas burner automatically ignites. This process is an energy efficient ?On-Demand? design. The heated and pressurized solution is then sprayed on the work piece with an overlapping motion at pressures up to 4,000 PSI, similar to spray painting. The wash water, chemical, and dirty / oily contaminants are all automatically collected in the sump basin(s) and pumped to the recycling system. The CPR System? cleans the wastewater by removing the oils / solids and other contaminants using separation, filtration, aeration, and other proprietary technologies. The cleaned and treated water / chemical solution is then pumped to the high pressure phosphating unit to start the process all over again.

The CPR System? meets and exceeds the cleaning effectiveness of a 5-stage washer in a compact size. This method of high pressure spray wand phosphating will increase salt spray test times, alleviate corrosion, provide a 14 day no flash rust at 50% humidity and save up to 80% over typical wash and dump cleaning methods.
