Passport To Wealth is a high ticket affiliate program that sells software. They've been one of the top options for people in the home business industry. Their founder is named Darren Gaudry. Also, this company has been in serious competition with other programs like EDC Gold, Emerald Passport, and Roadmap To Riches just to name a few.

Darren Gaudry decided that it was time to create a new edition to exceed the success of PTW because PTW began phasing into old news. So in mid 2007, Gaudry and his associates started the idea and put it to creation. Gaudry also made all his affiliates and staff members sign a non disclosure agreement about the new program that he is about to release. The reason for this is because what they have in store, is supposed to create an internet marketing revolution.

Luckily, with my insider resources, I've been able to hear the most updates facts and a bit of rumors about what's been going on. So let's get started. The new program is called Cash Flow Club, a totally different program from Robert Kiyosaki's Cash Flow 101 board game. It's currently in prelaunch and set to exceed the success of Passport To Wealth, but not a replacement.

Affiliates of the new Cash Flow Club will be able to earn a monthly residual 'cash flow'. Cash Flow Club will also have 4 tiers of joining prices. They will start at $297 to $1497. A perfect flow of prices to fit anyone's budget who is looking to get into the online direct sales industry.

Rumors have it that Cash Flow Club may still present a form of passing up sales, but there is no official say on it. Cash Flow Club will be closely resembling the structure of the new EDC Diamond program.

Furthermore, current Passport To Wealth members will receive a free position in Cash Flow Club as an incentive. So joining Passport To Wealth now, would be a saver if you're wanting to promote the new Cash Flow Club as they will start charging once the company has launched.

On another note, current Cash Flow Club and Passport To Wealth members have been secretly switching over to a new online business that just launched in late 2007. This new program is called Smart3Up. It's been gaining attention by the masses in a rapid amount of time. As for Cash Flow Club, we'll have to see whether or not the internet gets revolutionized as the company claims.

Cash Flow Business Scam

Easy Daily Cash (EDC) founder's Craig Garcia and Michael Corcoran began in February 2006. Meanwhile in November 2006 EDC Gold was started.

EDC has four levels you can decide from starting with the following options:

1.EDC Diamond which cost $2497, $79.95 monthly admin fee

2.EDC Gold level which cost $997, $49.95 monthly admin fee

3.Easy Daily Cash $297, monthly subscription of $39.95

4.Your New Fortune which cost $69.95, $0.00 monthly admin fee

Once you join you can sale software and audio books online as a source of income.

The compensation plan for EDC is called a modified 2-Up pay plan. Important that you understand what this means, which is you have to pass up two sales to your sponsor. If you are new to internet marketing this type of plan can be very difficult for you.

A person just starting EDC depends on their sponsor to mentor them with their first 2 sales. Now after you make your first 2 sales you have now broken away from you sponsor and are their direct competition. The question here is what reason your sponsor has at this point to continue to train you with this business opportunity. Your sponsor is now begin to train his new sign-ups with their first two sales to make his income.

My assessment of EDC Gold - EDC Diamond is that they are not a scam, but there are some issues with this home based business opportunity. The issue that stands out foremost is EDC compensation plan.

Which I explained prior but just needs harping, a modified 2-up pay plan does not promote a team environment. When you sponsor a person you prepare them to make their first 2 sales, you really want to mentor that person and continue to benefit from your training hard work. They now break away from you and you don't produce any more sales from them. At this stage the sponsor has no motivation to advice their members.

If you are just starting out as an internet marketer trying to build your new online business it's important to have a mentor to help you. The mentor that you choose is critical to your future success with your home based business choice. EDC Gold 2 Up plan again where you become your sponsor's competition and you find yourself without a mentor to help you grow your home based business.
