Removing old cookies and other files can dramatically improve your PC's Internet browsing ability. Most websites usually pop up alot faster too.
Often deleting these files with IE is simple. At the top of the IE's window you should find the word, Tools.
Click and it will open a pop up menu. Simply click on Internet Options to continue.
A window should open with several tabs located at the top of it. Select the General tab located on the far left.
Look near the center of the window and locate the following buttons, Delete Cookies, Delete Files, and Settings. Click Delete Cookies to remove them.
Temporary Internet Files are usually left behind after downloading or installing something from the Internet. Selecting the button labeled Delete Files will delete these files for you.
If you would prefer an automatic system, simply click Settings. From here you can Adjust how often pages are checked, and how much space these files can actually take.
At least once a week you need to delete your cookies and Internet files. Doing so will keep you surfing quickly without dragging along.
