Common Causes Of Chest Pain

    View:
Most people aren't aware that certain foods, health conditions and even personal habits are among the main causes of halitosis. In most cases, you can improve stinky breath with improved dental hygiene. But, if these personal care techniques don't solve the problem at hand, you may want to see your local dentist to make sure a more serious condition isn't creating your bad breath.

Breath odor varies depending on the source or the underlying cause of the bad breath, and each cause could be unique to an individual. Most bad breath originates in your mouth. The causes are numerous. They include the following:

Dental Problems: Poor dental hygiene and periodontal disease can be a source of stink breath. If your not brushing and flossing daily, it's easy for food particles to remain in your mouth, collecting bacteria and emitting hydrogen sulfide vapors (foul odor). A colorless, sticky film of bacteria (plaque) also forms on your teeth. If not brushed away, plaque will irritate your gums and could cause tooth decay. Eventually, plaque-filled pockets can form between your teeth and gums, worsening this problem and causing bad breath. Dentures that aren't cleaned regularly or don't fit properly also can harbor odor-causing bacteria and food particles.

Nasal Conditions: Halitosis is also associated with sinus infections because nasal discharge from your sinuses into the back of your throat can cause mouth odor. A child with consistent bad breath may have a foreign object lodged in his or her nose. A bean or small item stuck in the nose can cause persistent nasal discharge and a foul odor. Throat infections can cause bad breath until they clear. Bronchitis and other upper respiratory infections in which you cough up odorous sputum are other sources as well.

Tobacco: Smoking dries out your mouth and causes its own unpleasant mouth odor. Tobacco users are also more likely to have periodontal disease, an additional source of foul breath.

Food: The digestion of food particles in and around your teeth can cause a bad or foul odor. Eating foods containing oils is another source of stinky breath. Onions and garlic are the best-known examples, but other vegetables also can cause bad breath. After these foods are digested and the oils are absorbed into your bloodstream, they're carried to your lungs and are given off in your breath until the food is eliminated from your body. Onions and garlic can cause foul breath for as long as 72 hours after you've eaten.

Dry Mouth: Saliva helps cleanse and moisten your mouth. A dry mouth enables dead cells to accumulate on your tongue, gums and cheeks. These cells then decompose and cause odor. Dry mouth naturally occurs during sleep. It's what causes "morning breath." Dry mouth is even more of a problem if you sleep with your mouth open. Some medications as well as smoking can lead to a chronic dry mouth, as can a problem with your salivary glands.

Dieting: Dieters may develop unpleasant "fruity" breath the breakdown of chemicals during digestion.

Knowing this simple causes of bad breath can help you to create a plan with your dentist to always have fresh breath!
Common Causes Of Chest Pain
The main problem with the private company statistics is that most are concerned only with the US, and the rest are coloured to represent the interests of that company best. What is also important is that these figures are more accurate in the corporate rather than the home user context. If we look at the average pc user, the top three reasons of data loss are the following three, but there is really no way of deciding a correct percentage per category or solidifying this data as concretely applicable.

Top Three

Till date, in the case of both business computers and home users, the one greatest reason for data loss has been hardware failure. The hardware component which is the greatest culprit so far is the ?highly dependable? hard drive. Disk crash is the most common way of losing data ? be it a corporate house or an individual user. Disks crash due to various reasons and that can be a separate and fascinating area of study by itself as it will not fit entirely into this discussion. In very brief, these are the reasons behind data loss anywhere:

  • Hardware failure: The disk itself gets physically damaged or a component related to it malfunctions. The data, however, may remain intact, though out of access.

  • Software failure: Virus may attack, one may delete a partition by mistake, files may get corrupted, fragmented or deleted, and a whole plethora of ways in which the ?logical? system may start acting very illogically indeed.

  • OS crash: The Operating System may crash, while the hard disk and other data and programmes remain intact because they were not part of the OS.

Reason One: Hardware Failure

As for hardware failure, we find a number of reasons which may cause this. Most users, unfortunately, believe that a hard disk has the longevity of a well-built brick wall. In fact, no company gives a guarantee of more than three to five years for their products, and this is not out of modesty.

  • The read head or write head may crash ? and this is definitely one of the common causes of a disk crash. In such cases, the damaged head should be replaced with one of a matching make by a professional.

  • The in-built fan may stop functioning, making the disk overheated, and once again, it will have to be replaced or serviced.

  • There are other removable devices that can fail ? a card can get electrocuted, the filter can go bad ? and all of them can be replaced. It is strongly advised that one does not do this oneself, nor even attempt it. You may damage your data beyond recovery.

  • The circuit on the disk surface may be blown, it may be affected by ESD (electro static discharge), and in all cases, only a professional will know what to do with it, as there may be software issues involved too.

  • The hardware issues are more complicated than meet the eye. An exact replacement may not work if the type of sockets used has changed or the plug-in types have undergone a generation change in the meantime. Keeping these complications in mind, it is better to leave these matters to the people who should know about it.

  • A computer is also susceptible to fire, water, exposure to direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields, dust and abrasive elements.

Reason Two: Software Problems

This includes virus infection, file corruption and deletion, extreme fragmentation, and all other software problems. They are less expensive to resolve, and one may try out DIY software depending on the severity of the problem.

  • Files or partitions may be mistakenly deleted or formatted.

  • Misuse of software, dumping more files than the space allows, storing large media files in the same space with programme files ? can all cause file corruption.

  • If bad sectors are not cleaned up regularly, an infection may spread, files may be fragmented and further corrupted.

  • And there are viruses, of course.

Reason Three: OS Crash

Operating Systems are not supposed to crash in the first place so all companies are reticent to discuss it openly. The OS will take with it all data stored in it such as address books, daily schedules, mail inbox customised to the computer, documents stored in it, etc.
