The main symptoms of panic attacks can often be unexpected and recurring situations of intense fear and discomfort. The attacks can often take place when your mind realizes there's an imminent danger nearby or simply when no danger is detected or in an ordinary situation.

It is important to understand that such drugs must not be abused as they can quickly become addictive and you should only take them in cases of emergency and not for long periods of time.
The really grave problem stands in the fact that many people start to use illegal or prescribed drugs and/or alcohol as a way of solving panic attacks. That can only lead to dependency to those medications and alcohol and would bring more problems that needs to be dealt with.
