Another tip is to stay away from adaptor or charger aside from the prescribed one that comes with the tool. Incompatible chargers or adaptors can greatly damage not only the battery of the cordless drill but also the entire device. And last but not the least advice is to always work in a safe environment. If you have children at home, be sure that they are far from the working area. Make sure that no person in the way before starting to drill. If the machine malfunctions for whatever reason, no person nearby will be harmed. If you are working with an assistant, make sure he is also practicing the same precautionary measures mentioned above.
