Many people overlook this aspect. Before having any kind of cosmetic surgery you must be emotionally ready for it. If you aren't, your body will have a much more difficult time healing from the surgery. It could also do psychological damage as well.

Facility

Another important consideration is choosing the best medical facility. Do they have a class facility? Are they friendly as well as knowledgeable? Be sure to do some checking up on them.

Choosing a surgeon

Without a doubt this is the most important point of all. Talk with a few different cosmetic surgeons before making a decision. Ask plenty of questions. You at least want to know about their background.

How experienced are they? Are they board certified in their area of practice? Have they had any cosmetic surgeries gone wrong?

If you don't feel comfortable with the answers then by all means look elsewhere.
